FINALLY ON OUR WAY

Tomorrow my husband and I will be leaving for our adventure. Our first destination is Lima, Peru and we will have an apartment and a we work kind of set up in Miraflores. It took almost a week to pack, and a month or more to buy everything we would need for the trip. To try to pack for a whole year and put everything into one suit case and one roller bag is virtually impossible, but I did it. I had to leave a lot of what I bought for the trip at home, it just would not fit. I guess whatever I need, I shall buy.
What I could not leave at home was the medications that I need to take while I am away. I have enough meds for four months and while I am away I will be collecting the medications that will be sent to my home every month via my insurance. I have to figure out a way to get the meds sent to me in whatever country that I will be in, if I do not have to come back in order to see my doctor.

I am too excited about the trip to start writing about medical issues. So, I will say adieux!
